Today, I'm being inspired to remind you that at the core of your being, is the most beautiful vibration of love.

How do I know? 

Because it's at the heart of every living being, plant, animal, human...

It unites us as one.

Just because we don't see it, doesn't mean it's not there.

Maybe all we need to do to heal is to...

...accept the love that is within us
...love ourselves unconditionally
...let go of self-judgment and criticism
...embrace the truth of who we really are
...know that we are one.

You don't have to seek love, you already are love.
